Portable remote support — no installation required.

Detecting your operating system…

Windows

Download and run the support app. A small helper connects to our support team, links your PC with the technician's session code, and closes cleanly when done.

  1. Click Download Cynix Remote Support below (2 MB, one file).
  2. If Windows SmartScreen warns about an unrecognised app: More info → Run anyway.
  3. The app opens with a session code — read it to your technician.
  4. Nothing is installed; quit the app (or reboot) to end the session.

macOS

Download and open the app. Its helper connects directly to our support team so your technician can take over — nothing is installed on your Mac.

  1. Download the app below and open the zip (double-click).
  2. If macOS blocks it: right-click the zip, choose Open, then Open again for the app.
  3. Allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for Cynix Remote Support when prompted (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording / Accessibility). Grant once; it sticks.
  4. If it also asks for Full Disk Access: needed only for file transfer during a session — screen sharing works without it. Optional.
  5. Your technician takes remote control. Quit (or reboot) to end the session.
